Required Skills and Competencies:

• Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Creativity: Exceptional creativity with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all design work.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and incorporate feedback in a constructive manner.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.

Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or e-commerce industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Design & Creativity:

• Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity of MukhtalifBD by creating cohesive branding elements across all marketing materials.
• Social Media Graphics: Design engaging and aesthetically pleasing graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Website Design: Collaborate with the web development team to design visually appealing website elements, including banners, product images, and landing pages that enhance user experience.
• Marketing Collateral: Create a variety of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and email templates, to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Product Packaging: Design innovative and attractive packaging for skincare products that reflect the brand’s essence and appeal to target customers.
• Infographics & Visual Content: Develop infographics and other visual content to convey information effectively, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with campaign objectives.
• Feedback Integration: Accept and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design outcomes.
• Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and solutions during brainstorming sessions, helping to elevate the overall quality of visual content.

Technical & Software Skills:

• Design Software: Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce high-quality designs.
• File Management: Ensure all design files are well-organized, properly labeled, and accessible for future use or revisions.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proof all designs for errors, ensuring they meet quality standards before publication or printing.

Time Management & Project Handling:

• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Deadline Adherence: Prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
