Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
∎ Oversee inventory levels, track product movement, and manage stock replenishment.
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
∎ Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
∎ Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
∎ Monitor budget performance and provide insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
∎ Generate regular financial and inventory reports for management review.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for financial and inventory records.
∎ Work closely with the sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and overseeing inventory control. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of NutriBoostBD.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
