Hands-on experience in a chocolate kitchen, cafe, or boutique.

Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 18 years
- Proven experience as a chocolate or pastry chef specializing in chocolate.
- Knowledge of tempering, molding, flavor pairing, and decoration techniques.
- Passion for artisan food and high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of shelf-life and chocolate storage.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (BSTI, HACCP preferred) and maintaining hygienic.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Create high-quality chocolate products including bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars, pralines, and filled dates.
- Prepare stuffed dates with a variety of fillings like almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, dried fruits, spices, nut pastes, or flavored creams.
- Produce chocolate-coated nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans) and dried fruits (apricots, raisins, figs, etc.) with excellent texture and taste.
- Ensure perfect chocolate tempering for shine, snap, and stability using professional techniques and equipment.
- Prepare and experiment with stuffed dates using nuts, fruits, spices, and other creative fillings.
- Produce high-quality chocolates, bars, and confectionery using diverse ingredients like almonds, cashews, orange, coconut, and more.
- Temper chocolate correctly and handle machinery like enrobers or melters.
- Innovate new chocolate recipes and seasonal collections.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene in chocolate production.
- Manage inventory and source premium ingredients (cocoa, nuts, flavorings, etc.).
- Collaborate with pastry chefs or marketing team for custom packaging and gift sets.
