• Expertise in Chinese-style cooking techniques (stir-fry, deep fry, steaming, etc.).
• Strong sense of taste, flavor balance, and plating aesthetics.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain kitchen discipline.

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (rice, noodles, soups, seafood, chicken, beef, etc.).
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
• Plan and develop new Chinese dishes as per customer demand and management direction.
• Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in purchasing kitchen supplies.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain teamwork during busy hours.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of food items to prevent wastage.
