∎ Minimum SSC Pass
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare high quality Middle East pastry items and ensure conformity to set recipes of the brand in order to maintain image and customer satisfaction
∎ Prepare a wide variety of different Arabic items with traditional and modern recipes
∎ Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
∎ Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
∎ Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Middle East Country pastry chef experience will be given preference.
∎ Organizing and leadership skills
∎ Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
∎ Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
Salary: Negotiable
