∎ HSC, Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chinese food, Chinese Food Cooking, Head Chef

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare food as per section wise and own specialty cuisine.
∎ Maintain a high standard of service at all times.
∎ Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service.
∎ Maintain wastage management and ensure food hygiene.
∎ To ensure all dishes are served at the correct portion size, quality and temperature.
∎ Take responsibility for the receipt and safe storage of deliveries, checking that goods are correct and of good quality and noting / resolving any discrepancies.
∎ Order stock on behalf of the Company, ensuring that quality standards and value for money are obtained.
∎ Any other reasonable duties as required to fulfill the needs of the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
