∎ Diploma in Hotel Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Any age, but physically strong to work for 8 hours in the hard condition of the kitchen.
∎ Skills & Expertise: He should be able to make 50 to 100 kg of Culinary Batch, i.e., Chicken or Mutton Biryani. He should maintain good personal hygiene and kitchen sanitation.
∎ Knowledge of spices will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
∎ Writing and Reading skills will be added advantages.
∎ Education: -10th or 12th class with Diploma in Culinary Cooking from any reputed Institute.
∎ Candidate should have Working Experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in any reputed 3 to 5-Star Restaurant and Hotel.
∎ Work Place: Commercial Plant Kitchen.
