Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target and reporting to line manager – National Sales Manager/CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) daily / monthly / yearly basis;
∎ Monitoring & supervising partner business, partner operations or territory's salesmen need to align area & territory's sales to achieve target;
∎ Oversee the Credit Collection from channels and report on market progress, credit realization and dealers’ performance;
∎ Effectively communicate sales schemes and consumer promotions in the assigned market by team;
∎ Executing sales growth plan and sales drive through a team effort to achieve the target;
∎ Monitoring retail infra management as per the company guideline
