Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel Advance Level, Reporting Dashboard, Sales Analysis, Sales Reporting
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business. This includes creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
∎ Collect and analyze data to identify patterns and trends
∎ Develop models and tools to support data analysis
∎ Interpret the data and develop recommendations based on the analysis.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business need and priorities
∎ Present findings and recommendations to senior management
∎ Continuously monitor and evaluate data to ensure accuracy and relevance
∎ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
∎ Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality
∎ Establish performance metrics and benchmarks to measure progress and success
∎ Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
∎ Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
