Educational Requirements:
∎ Completed secondary education from an accredited institution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Site Development (SD) team to create Cash for Work (CFW) labor profile using KoBo tool.
∎ Assist the SD team for compilation of data of CFW activities and share with relevant team.
∎ Support the SD team for verification and consolidation of CFW labor list.
∎ Assign CFW labor as per request of the supervisor and maintain the rotation policy.
∎ Maintain CFW labor attendance using KoBo tool for all activity in camp level on daily basis.
∎ Support Information Management (IM) Team in the field level for verifying the bi-weekly CFW payment beneficiary list.
∎ Support finance unit in CFW payment process.
∎ Facilitate community meetings and other form of participatory approaches such cash for work in relation to site level care and maintenance activities
∎ Support in documentation
∎ Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Experience in a refugee camp is a plus.
∎ Good communication skill in the local language.
∎ Experience with a humanitarian organization is a plus, and particularly experience in the field of communication
∎ Skill:
∎ Good communication skill, organizational and reporting skills
∎ Languages:
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla is required (oral and written).
∎ Fluency in Chittagonian Language
