∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will supervise a team and manage the overall customer care centre activities of a respective region.
∎ Center in Charge is overall responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.
∎ Coordinate with all centre functions (Executive, Technical Engineer, Accounts, Inventory and Logistics etc.) and report to regions and head office.
∎ Must be KPI driven.
∎ Sales & revenue target oriented.
∎ Should have knowledge in After Sales Service Operations (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner and Security Product).
∎ Excellent relationship management with dealers and the local sales team.
∎ A passionate salesperson to sell IT products and accessories items.
∎ Motivate the customer with a positive review to convert the interest into sales.
∎ Target-oriented and punctuality are a must requirement in the workplace.
∎ Expert in reporting through MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Should be fluent in understanding and executing ERP systems.
∎ Achieve sales targets set by the management and prepare periodic report accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with the service department to provide smooth and quality services.
∎ Research and recommend new opportunities, and service improvements with proper forecasting.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both verbal and written with good presentation skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
∎ Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.
∎ Good Planning and Decision-Making Skills.
∎ He must be able to manage People.
∎ He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.

Salary: Negotiable
