• Strong experience in Figma (mandatory)• Deep understanding of User Experience (UX) principles• Strong sense of visual design, layout, typography, and color systems• Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, ERP or SaaS systems• Ability to design complex forms, tables, and workflow interfaces• Good understanding of grid systems and responsive design• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (React preferred)• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating experience in:• SaaS platform UI design• ERP / CRM / Dashboard systems• Complex form-based applications• Data dashboards and analytics interfaces Portfolio examples should include:• Wireframes• UI screens• Interactive prototypes• Design systems or component libraries Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Design modern, clean, and professional UI for SaaS/ERP dashboards
• Understand business workflows and convert them into user-friendly digital processes
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Design data-heavy dashboards, reports, and tables for ERP systems
• Build design systems and reusable UI components for consistent interface design
• Work closely with frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Django) developers
• Conduct user flow mapping, usability testing, and interaction design
• Design responsive layouts that work on desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Simplify complex forms and operational workflows into efficient step-by-step screens
