Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily the items for buffet, ala cart and banquet Service, ensure highest quality all times.
∎ Control of cost and waste.
∎ Supervise helpers
∎ Assist in ordering suppliers of market list in accordance with quality and quantity standards.
∎ Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the work station.
∎ Double check the receipt of daily requisitions
∎ Ensure Optimum performance in all points to guarantee guest satisfaction.
∎ Establish and maintain effective employee relation
∎ Personal appearance and grooming according the hotel policy.
∎ Maintain a constant watch over banquet guarantees and changes.
∎ Inform on a daily basis the production and all relevant information in operational and personal matters, including information which does not require the executive sous Chef action.
∎ Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
∎ Assist production with inspection of physical aspects of all kitchen areas, cold rooms and scheduled
∎ Ensure optimum performance in all points to guarantee guest satisfaction.
