Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CBR Coordinator is a Mid-Level position responsible for providing strategic and technical support towards quality deliverables of project results; S/he will coordinate among each and every key stakeholders to meet the project goal.
∎ The purpose of the CBR Coordinator is to coordinate all aspects of the results and ensure delivery of CBID Project portfolio according to project design and ensure the implementation of the project.
∎ S/he will provide support to project management team across the portfolio through working and co-ordinating with internal and external teams. In doing so, s/he adheres to with Donor, DRRA, other field projects along with other Govt. relevant agencies, key stakeholders including Disabled People Organizations (DPOs) for mobilizing their support and collaboration for the provision of inclusion and quality services for the children & youth with disabilities.
∎ Provide and manage the portfolio of contracts through all stages of project transition (i.e. the team, inception, and implementation) following the DRAA and Donor standards.
∎ Support successful implementation of program management systems to ensure the rights of children with disabilities including other key stakeholders and program standards are fully met.
∎ Build and motivate project team and administration towards meet the targets in time.
∎ Support project finance with financial management and planning aspects of the project to meet organizational & donor requirement/ standard, targets and delivery including external and internal reporting, budget management, forecasting and client(s) invoicing
∎ Support the project team for effective office management to ensure necessary compliant systems in terms of procurement management, IT solutions, information management, and overall function of the office in line with project and client(s) requirements.
∎ Ensure all the CBR domains with quality assurance as per the program logic.
∎ Provide strategic and technical guidance to team to ensure effective planning and implementation of the project in time.
∎ Develop annual, quarterly and monthly implementation plan of the project.
∎ Strengthening the networks and collaboration among all concern stakeholders through quality advocacy skill.
∎ Ensure the quality of project reports using monitoring and evaluation data to improve the performance of implementation at project field.
∎ Document the best practices and share the lesson learning with national and international stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years of experience in the area of community based health program planning, management, implementation, monitoring and capacity building with at least 3 years of working experience as managerial role.
∎ Proven experience of leading and managing primary health care project.
∎ Proven experience of working with different level stakeholders including government ministries and donors.
∎ Experience of working in health system strengthening and capacity building project in partnership with NGOs and government departments, local government institutions.
∎ Technical knowledge and skill to provide guidance to field staff, DPOs, key Stakeholder in service delivery.
∎ Experience of working in urban health project/program preferred.
∎ Experience of working person with disabilities will be given preference.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
