Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
∎ 1-3 years of experience in cash handling, inventory control, or retail operations (preferably in a retail chain).
∎ Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily cash transactions, including sales, refunds, and expense reimbursements.
∎ Solely manage PR, PO, GRN, RTV, RTV Adjustment, Damage Declaration, Inter Branch Transfer on daily basis.
∎ Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation, ensuring accuracy between system records and physical cash.
∎ Handle deposits, withdrawals, and secure storage of cash within store guidelines.
∎ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash handling and report issues to management.
∎ Verify goods received against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
∎ Assist in managing controlled and high-value medications with proper documentation and security measures.
∎ Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory and cash records.
∎ Update and maintain inventory records in the POS or ERP system.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cash and inventory reports for management review.
