Minimum 1 years of experience in the Health-related field or NGO sector (Experience in Drug Treatment/HIV Prevention/Universal Treatment (UTC) Curriculum) is preferable.
Effective interpersonal communication skill.
Operational decision making.Have to be stress tolerance.
Basic computer literacy.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability, strong communication, report writing, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health and WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 8 institutions and 16 projects. DAM Health and WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of "Case Manager" of “Ahsania Mission Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center”, Gazipur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure smooth operation of day to day activities and routine activities of Case Management department.
- To ensure for quality individual case management with proper documentation.
- Conduct at least two sessions in a week for clients.
- To work under organizational rules, regulations & policy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual work plan and Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual report (with target vs. achievement) and send it to center manager.
- Planning and co-ordinate for development of the case management department with the center manager.
- Ensure to keep confidentiality of the clients and building of professionalism and ensure the centre as safe place for the clients.
- Prepare report for any crisis management with proper documentation.
- Assistant with center manager to arrange internal workshop, training for skill development of staff.
- Patients follow up, researching cases & proper linkage with all department of DTC, AMIC, Gazipur.
- Ensure orientation & motivation and provide any Kinds of mental support of the Clients.
- Ensure family reintegration of the clients.
- Support help to psychosocial therapy process (assistance with counselor).
- Refer cases by monitoring.
- Case file assessment and Implementation.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the center manager.
