Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Social Sciences/International Relations/Development Studies or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience, preferably in programs related to Child Protection/ Child Rights or similar.
∎ Previous experience and strong skills on UASC response, Psycho Social Support, FTR, alternative care and case management
∎ Experience on team management, including recruitment and on-the-job training
∎ Demonstrated experience in psychosocial support programs for children
∎ Significant technical understanding on child protection in emergencies experience
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluating child protection responsive programs in emergency, transition and development contexts
∎ Experience in capacity building and in strengthening various duty bearers understanding of and response to child protection
∎ Ability to identify the main gaps in child protection in the given context to inform a holistic response for children
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Strong influencing skills and experience in advocacy
∎ Periodic visit to camp and field for training, supervision and emergency case management.
