Job Type: Hybrid (Office and Field Based)

YOUR DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION WILL BE:

• Ensure full compliance with all HSSE policies and directives

• Oversee all cargo deliveries from PCY and SCY, from both CFS Warehouses, and also FCL to Covered Vans

• Prevent cargo theft, pilferage and damage

• Adhere to all Customs and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with Documentation and One-Stop to ensure accurate manifesting of container contents and timed delivery bookings

• Collaborate with container planning to develop the cargo delivery operational plan for upcoming cargo shipments, aligning with vessel schedules.

• Manage the capacity and efficiency of the Covered Van delivery area and all CFS sheds

• Optimize human and mechanical resources for highest productivity and lowest costs

• Ensure maximum utilization of Warehouses and land space assigned for FCL cargo delivery

• Drive placement of FCL-Covered Van delivery containers to be within accepted deadlines and to be available for cargo delivery as booked and committed to

• Minimize lead-time for the stripping of LCL containers into the CFS sheds

• Maintain data and cargo handling statistics, and ensure timely management reporting

• Any other relevant activities as assigned from time-to-time

• Update the warehouse management system with accurate data regarding received cargo volume, evident damages, and delivery timelines.

• Communicate with vessel operators upon successful container unstuffing to initiate the empty storage and evacuation process

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current customs regulations and incorporate them into CFS operations.

• Generate reports on productivity metrics related to LCL cargo handling within the CFS.

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to optimize LCL cargo management processes.
