∎ Location: Rohingya Refugee Program based in Cox`s Bazar with frequent field visits
∎ Joining date: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support for program implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all Capacity Building and GBV program activities.
∎ Provide trainings for other stakeholders on core issues relating to GBV including for men and boys, local and religious leaders and other service providers in the camps (I.e. army, other NGOs, INGOs etc.)
∎ Provide support and guidance to the GBV program staff in implementing of community trainings and community-based GBV prevention and response activities, including programs and interventions targeting men, women, girls and boys.
∎ Provide facilitation in assessment, data collection, baseline, etc...
∎ Submit weekly/ monthly reports to supervisor capturing all implemented activities and challenges as well, using the agreed tools.
∎ Support the development of curriculum of training materials and facilitate GBV training and workshops as needed.
∎ Provide support to other DCA staff to assist in their capacity building activities.
∎ Follow work plans and activities as set by the GBV and Capacity Building coordinators
∎ Assist in coordination with the education team
∎ Collaborate with finance/ admin and logistics to ensure program supplies and resources are available in a timely manner to support program implementation.
∎ Perform other duties, as needed or requested by the supervisor.
∎ Working with the referral pathways members and strengthening their capacity to support GBV survivors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of relevant experience, including experience in gender-based violence/ protection programming and experience in direct service provision for survivors of sexual and domestic violence
∎ Previous experience in emergency preparedness and response
∎ Demonstrated experience in capacity building and mentoring of staff
∎ Demonstrated experience in monitoring and reporting.
∎ Excellent computer skills in programs such as: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Capable of applying skills and knowledge in a range of capacities, including direct implementation, training and the transfer of technical knowledge to others
∎ Personal qualities: Team player, flexible, network-builder, able to handle pressure well
∎ Fluency in English and/ Bangla are required
