Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Technology/Management/any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop suppliers’ competencies at product group level in accordance with the company goals
∎ Develop and support suppliers and coworkers in product innovation. Provide training and education to suppliers on technical knowledge
∎ Effectively evaluate and manage the suppliers’ technologies that are able to support the objectives of capability enhancement
∎ Work with cross-production collaboration projects with the objective of working as one global organization
∎ Develop business and people together
∎ Work in close collaboration with other production teams including the Product Developer and Material team for stakeholder strategy
∎ Ensure effective collaboration with existing or potential suppliers or business partners
∎ Work closely with the Capacity Assurance Manager for capacity and investment
∎ Coordinate the relevant H&M specialists to support suppliers’ development
∎ Work actively with regard to talent identification, staff development and succession planning
∎ Identify capability gaps (current and future) and work towards bridging these gaps through performance management, staff development, strategic recruitment, etc.
∎ Your responsibility is to lead your team by example, always driven by our values and the ambition to make people and business grow
∎ As an H&M leader you should focus on inspiration, delegation, feedback and motivation (other elements of leadership are further described in the competencies relevant for your role)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years in similar field, H&M internal Employees will be preferred
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred
∎ Experience in capacity management in production
∎ Good leadership skill
∎ Capable of solving problems and generating new ideas
∎ Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs
Salary: Negotiable
