Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee and manage daily canteen operations efficiently
- Supervise food preparation and serving schedules
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the canteen area
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory of food items
- Supervise canteen staff, assign tasks, and resolve staff-related issues
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Liaise with management for regular reporting and operational updates
- Record and maintain accurate daily sales reports of the factory sweets shop
- Follow up on daily sweet production and coordinate with the production team
