We are looking for a smart and responsible female executive who can handle client calls and manage CRM efficiently under a professional supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and make client calls in a polite and professional manner

  • Provide information and support regarding services

  • Maintain and update client data in CRM system

  • Follow up with clients regularly and record feedback

  • Coordinate with internal teams for support and updates

  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain communication flow
