Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and delivery status.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant department.
Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Support sales and marketing campaigns over the phone when required.
HSC/Graduate from any recognized institution.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls efficiently.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
Pleasant voice, patience, and customer-friendly attitude.
