Position: Call Center Operator
Company: Jogan (Online-based FMCG Company)
Location: Dhaka


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and delivery status.

  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Record customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant department.

  • Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.

  • Support sales and marketing campaigns over the phone when required.

Qualifications

  • HSC/Graduate from any recognized institution.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls efficiently.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM software).

  • Pleasant voice, patience, and customer-friendly attitude.
