- ACE Language is a premier education and study abroad consultancy, specializing in proficiency test coaching (PTE, IELTS) and guiding students toward their international education goals. We are looking for an energetic and articulate Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for our prospective students.
Core Responsibilities:
- The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communication, focusing on:
- Inquiry Management: Answer calls, emails, and live chat requests, providing accurate information about ACE Language courses (PTE/IELTS), services, fees, and schedules.
- Sales & Follow-up: Make proactive outbound calls to leads generated by marketing; effectively promote enrollment and schedule appointments with counselors.
- Customer Service: Resolve basic student and prospect issues quickly and professionally, escalating complex problems to the relevant department.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update all customer interactions and lead data in the CRM or database system, ensuring systematic follow-up.
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Note: Work on Fridays is mandatory. Usual off-days will be assigned as per the roster.
