Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp chat.

  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant necessary information to customers.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with clients.

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
