Responsibilities & Context:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp chat.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant necessary information to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
