Prothoma Bangladesh is expanding its customer service team and looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals for the role of Call Center Executive. The selected candidate will handle customer communications through inbound and outbound calls, provide service-related information, and maintain a positive customer experience. This is a target-oriented role and requires strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Provide accurate and clear information about company products and services
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues politely
Follow communication scripts and maintain call quality standards
Achieve daily/weekly call, sales, or service targets
Maintain call logs, update customer information, and prepare reports
Build positive relationships with customers through polite and active communication
Cooperate with the team and follow supervisor instructions
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive company image
