  • Punctual and honest in manner
  • Strong in Call Center Training is an added advantage
  • Negotiation & Convincing skills


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries.

  • Maintain High levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Keep details records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Fluently speaking in Bangla & English in the right way.

  • Bangla and English typing skills are required.

  • Good Behavior and punctuality are required.
