Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Banoshree-Rampura-Badda area only

• Cafe Operations

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, fresh juice, and specialty drinks

• Make and plate simple food items like waffles and light snacks

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of cafe counters, equipment, and seating area

• Ensure proper stock of ingredients and notify management when supplies are low

• Take orders from customers and provide friendly service with a smile

• Playground (PGA) Duties

• Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing

• Maintain a fun and engaging environment for kids

• Guide children in using play equipment safely

• Handle any minor issues with calmness and responsibility

• Clean and sanitize play area regularly

• Basic Accounts & Support

• Record daily sales, food orders, and item consumption

• Assist in maintaining cash and payment records

• Support the accounts officer with documentation and reporting

• Help during inventory checks and restocking processes

• Customer Service

• Greet and assist guests in both cafe and playground areas

• Address customer feedback and escalate issues when needed

• Ensure a warm, friendly, and safe experience for families and children

• Salary: 12,000-18,000 BDT (based on experience)
