What this role is all about
We’re searching for a Branch In-Charge who will keep our playground safe, buzzing with energy, and running without a glitch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on the floor, connecting with kids, parents, and your team daily. If you’re naturally cheerful and proactive — we want to meet you!
What you’ll do
Lead your team:
Manage our playground attendants, reception & ticketing crew, kitchen, cleaning, and security staff — about 15+ people.
Keep operations smooth:
Plan smart staff rosters based on visitor traffic.
Ensure the entire facility is spotless and all play equipment is in top shape.
Oversee birthday parties, school trips, and special events to guarantee they’re memorable (for all the right reasons).
Drive local marketing:
Roll out promotional activities like coupon distribution, organize school visits, and connect with nearby banks and institutions to grow partnerships and bring in more footfall.
Implement branch-level marketing initiatives aligned with company strategy.
Stay on top of performance:
Prepare sales targets and keep track to hit them.
Manage branch cash and coordinate with accounts.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and standards.
Look after F&B and customer delight:
Oversee food & beverage operations and keep an eye on inventory.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly with a positive attitude.

Hire, train, and develop new staff.
Maintain steady communication with our Head Office.
Pitch in wherever else the business needs you.
