• Extra edge: Experience working under international franchise standards.

• Comfortable with basic tech — emails, writing reports, doing staff evaluations.

• Strong communication in Bangla & English.

• Must be ready to work on all government holidays — and do it with a smile.

What this role is all about

We’re searching for a Branch In-Charge who will keep our playground safe, buzzing with energy, and running without a glitch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on the floor, connecting with kids, parents, and your team daily. If you’re naturally cheerful and proactive — we want to meet you!

What you’ll do

Lead your team:

• Manage our playground attendants, reception & ticketing crew, kitchen, cleaning, and security staff — about 15+ people.

• Keep operations smooth:

• Plan smart staff rosters based on visitor traffic.

• Ensure the entire facility is spotless and all play equipment is in top shape.

• Oversee birthday parties, school trips, and special events to guarantee they’re memorable (for all the right reasons).

• Drive local marketing:

• Roll out promotional activities like coupon distribution, organize school visits, and connect with nearby banks and institutions to grow partnerships and bring in more footfall.

• Implement branch-level marketing initiatives aligned with company strategy.

• Stay on top of performance:

• Prepare sales targets and keep track to hit them.

• Manage branch cash and coordinate with accounts.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies and standards.

• Look after F&B and customer delight:

• Oversee food & beverage operations and keep an eye on inventory.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly with a positive attitude.

• More responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and develop new staff.

• Maintain steady communication with our Head Office.

• Pitch in wherever else the business needs you.
