Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC; Preferable Degree
∎ Skills Required: General Computer skill, Microsoft Excel, CAD, Garber, Deep technical knowledge on Woven bottoms.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Pattern Maker, Pattern making
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments and/or grading devices.
∎ To develop pattern with a view to Development of sample product.
∎ To prepare pattern for Fit Sample after confirming of order and hand over to Sample supervisor.
∎ Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ Examine sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material or fabric required to make a product.
∎ Lead Pattern & Marker team with full responsibility.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising & production staff.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Priority will be given to those who are working with VF Bottom (Pant).
∎ Having good knowledge administration, marker drawing ,calculation before cut the bulk consumption
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Leadership Skills & Time Management.
∎ Analytical Skills Decision-Making Skills
∎ English Speaking and Report Writing.
