∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare pattern based on buyer requirement.
∎ To review the sample measurement and workmanship prior send to buyer.
∎ To solve the technical issue in the production floor.
∎ To communicate with the buyer nominated technical person and accordingly follow their standard.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 to 12 years experience in denim apparels factory.
∎ Should be well-versed with Leuctra, Gerber and tukatech.
∎ Candidate must have all the required skill and attitude to provide sharp consumption as well as maintain proper records of patens.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Strong command over MS Office
∎ Good Fabric Knowledge
∎ Very Good Leadership & Motivational quality
∎ Should be honest and a very good team player
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill
∎ Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
