Additional certifications in landscape architecture or CAD software are a plus.
Proven experience with CAD software and a strong portfolio showcasing previous landscape design projects.
Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Vector works Landmark, and SketchUp.
Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, regulations, and best practices.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills in English and Bengali are mandatory. Japanese expertise is preferable.

Asian Skill Development Co., Ltd., is a Japanese Language School, is seeking a talented CAD Engineer for Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with our landscape design team in Japan to develop innovative and detailed landscape architecture solutions.
Job Description/Responsibilities
Design Development: Create detailed landscape design plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
Project Collaboration: Work with landscape architects, clients, and other stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts and ensure alignment with project requirements.
3D Modeling: Develop 3D models of landscape designs to visualize concepts and assist in client presentations.
Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, construction documents, and project documentation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
Digital Media Management: Utilize digital media tools (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) to promote projects and enhance customer engagement.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure timely completion of design tasks.
Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
