* Docker + RDB (MySQL/PostgreSQL) design
* English communication (written mandatory)
* Strong async communication (chat reporting, knowledge sharing)
Responsibilities & Context:
Hands-on development role with strong technical ownership:
* Web application *design, development, testing, and operations*
* Backend/API development using *Laravel (PHP)*
* Requirement review + technical feedback
* Database design (performance + scalability focus)
* Code review & quality improvement
* Performance tuning
* CI/CD pipeline improvements
* Incident handling + root cause reporting
