Responsibilities & Context:
Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by architects / designers and make modifications to existing drawings.
Use a variety of CAD software program to create designs in 2D and 3D models and Photoshop.
Prepare necessary BOQ, Estimation, Specification and Budget of work.
Monitor and maintain the quality of work as per design specifications.
Prepare measurement book and other site-related documentation.
