Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure full compliance with C&A Code of Conduct and Social Initiative System (SIS) requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and lead internal and external social compliance audits
Serve as the primary point of contact during buyer audits, third-party audits, and regulatory inspections.
Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness at all times
Responsible for EPZ all units, and Central SIS management.
Goods Recheck and quality assurance.
Develop, implement, and update policies aligned with ethical sourcing and labour standards.
Ensure SOP align with international compliance frameworks and buyer requirements.
