Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ English Medium background preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day to day secretarial jobs at the DMD's office.
∎ Manage all schedules & appointments.
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements within and outside the country.
∎ Monitor and respond to phone calls, emails, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
∎ Draft letter, correspondence, proposals, speech, taking meeting notes etc. for DMD both in Bangla and English as required.
∎ Meet and greet visitors and foreign delegates at all levels of seniority.
∎ Communicate and maintain liaison with Govt. personnel & Private agencies and higher officials.
∎ Regular follow-up actions on upcoming and pending important issues.
∎ Coordinate with management & other departments as per requirement.
∎ Provide full executive and administrative support to DMD.
∎ Maintaining privacy, secrecy as well as retaining official norms and principles.
∎ Should be flexible for any other tasks assigned by the authority.

∎ Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
∎ Excellent English communication skill
∎ Excellent people skill
