Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and make customer calls; respond to inquiries professionally.
Handle lead follow-up via phone/WhatsApp and ensure timely updates.
Provide basic project information (location, features, payment plan, booking process).
Schedule and confirm office/site visit appointments; coordinate with Sales team.
Maintain call logs and lead status in CRM/Google Sheet accurately.
Escalate issues/complaints to the concerned department and track closure.
Prepare daily/weekly call and lead follow-up reports as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company communication guidelines.
