Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create new dealers to expand market presence and increase sales coverage.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve dealer sales targets and provide necessary guidance and support.
∎ Track and analyze dealer and sales team performance, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets are met.
∎ Conduct field visits to construction sites, distributors, and contractors to promote and sell products.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
∎ Gather market insights, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
∎ Ducon Construction Chemical is a leading manufacturing company of industrial epoxy and polyurethane (PU) flooring, waterproofing, floor hardener, and various construction chemicals in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager (Corporate / Dealer Sales) to drive our corporate and dealer sales growth.
∎ The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales, dealer management, and market expansion strategies.
∎ Duties & Responsibility:
