Since 2009, we have been processing and exporting Snacks, Sweets, Ready Meals, Traditional Pithas, Vorta/Pickles, Vegetables, Juice, and Spices to countries including the USA, Canada, UK, France, Ireland, and Japan.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Business Management Executive (Digital Marketer) who can handle digital marketing, online order management, social media page management, customer communication, and basic content/design-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online and social media orders properly from order receiving to delivery coordination.

• Handle customer communication through phone calls, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.

• Manage Facebook page, social media inbox, comments, and customer queries professionally.

• Create and publish regular social media posts for products, offers, campaigns, and brand promotion.

• Prepare SEO-friendly captions, product descriptions, promotional content, and basic website/social media content.

• Work on basic digital marketing activities including Facebook post boosting, campaign support, audience targeting, and performance monitoring.

• Maintain order records, customer information, and daily sales/order reports.

• Coordinate with production, packaging, delivery, and management teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Design basic social media posts, banners, and promotional visuals using Canva or similar tools.

• Support website product upload, product title, description, tags, and basic SEO optimization.

• Follow up with customers for payment, delivery confirmation, complaints, and feedback.

• Assist in business development, customer retention, and online sales growth.

• Maintain a professional brand image across all digital platforms.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Management, CSE, or any relevant discipline.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced and highly skilled candidates.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, order management, customer service, or social media management is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills and practical knowledge may also apply.
