∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consumer Finance, Doctors Loan, Retail Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of all Retail Products i.e. Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan and deposits for doctor's segments only within assigned territory.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Liaise with supervisor/ other support departments for processing files and approval. Remain aware of retail products and their features.
∎ Manage overdue prudently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of selling retail products (i.e. Personal Loan)
∎ Experience working as medical representative.
∎ Customer handling capacity.
∎ Sales target driven.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office package.

Salary: Negotiable
