Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Develop new product idea according to market demand and gap to compete in the ever changing market situation.
∎ Develop comprehensive knowledge about the products and its development practices
∎ Create marketing presentations.
∎ Recruit BP/MSC abide by company policy, conduct training for BP/MSC for proper and result oriented marketing activities.
∎ Oversee the activities and performance of promotional team.
∎ Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to expand and develop marketing platforms.
∎ Conduct training to sales team for providing technical information and proper positioning of the products.
∎ Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating database on crop acreage, market size, market share and strength of the companies are working in each territory.
∎ Branding and positioning of strategic products for easy penetration in agro market and ensuring sustainable growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Experience in Crop Protection/Pesticide/Seeds division will get Preference
Salary: Negotiable
