Responsibilities & Context:
Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Affordable Home Loan within assigned territory.
Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
Liaise with supervisor/ other support departments for processing files and approval.
Remain aware of retail products and their features and manage overdue prudently.
