Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position is responsible for generating new businesses, maintaining excellent business relationships, and day-to-day correspondences with existing & potential customers. The incumbent will be working through Outsourced company.
∎ Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Affordable Home Loan within assigned territory.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Liaise with supervisor/ other support departments for processing files and approval.
∎ Remain aware of retail products and their features and manage overdue prudently.
