Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from any reputed university, with Minimum 2 years of relevant experience of (Home loan, Asset) in Bank/NBFI.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying potential clients for Affordable Home Loan, assess credit worthiness and achieve sales target by maintaining sound relationship with existing & potential customers.
∎ Achieve sales target of Affordable Home Loan within the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with both existing and potential customers.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with channel partners and internal stakeholders i.e. CRM and Operations.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Interpersonal skills.
∎ Team Player.
∎ Negotiation skill.
∎ Target driven.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ But, will vary based on competencies. Commission is applicable for this position.
