∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Masters in any discipline.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of Planning, Marketing and Business Development.
∎ Should be capable of new Business Development and promotion with New Buyers.
∎ Strong capability of Team Building and Team Management.
∎ Knowledge about Knit Accessories, Sample development, and marketing-related product development, market survey, and negotiation skills.
∎ Setting KPI for the department and close monitoring.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors, and all aspects of the company target.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and technical knowledge.
∎ Supervision & Monitoring marketing profitability and service reporting and other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
∎ This position is responsible for managing the overall Marketing & Merchandising department of a 100% export-oriented Knit Garment Factory. The main objective would be to maintain an efficient team structure, provide leadership, and implement innovative and cost-effective strategies.
