Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve business objectives.
∎ Drive the improvement of our distribution channel's performance through strategic initiatives and effective channel development management.
∎ Work closely with distributors to enhance their performance and optimize returns on investments.
∎ Develop and execute plans to help distributors improve their operational efficiency and profitability.
∎ Utilize your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Bring your experience in the distribution and sales of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) businesses to implement successful strategies.
∎ Exhibit a high level of ownership, taking responsibility for achieving targets and driving impactful results.
∎ Contribute to the design of trade activities, including sales campaigns for sales teams and distributors, along with activations planning
Additional Requirements:
