Job Responsibilities
The Employee's primary duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with our organisation's goals and objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and trends to stay ahead in the education and business sector.
• You must have to draft day to day activities, monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan in writings.
Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for future business expansion, collaboration, and growth.
• Analyse competitors and industry trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Partnership Development:
• Establish and maintain relationships with new partners, businesses, government agencies, and other educational institutions. e.g. seeking government or organisation sponsored students.
• Negotiate and finalize partnerships that benefit the BWBS, such as agent acquisition.
• Work closely with academic departments of local universities to create market needs and develop relationships to promote BWBS Brand.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrators of local Universities, Colleges, Schools and make agreements who will refer students to BWBS.
Industry Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between the BWBS partners, e.g. agents and industry stakeholders, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
• Organize education events, conferences, open days, assessment day and networking opportunities to enhance the organisation's visibility and relevance.
Brand Building:
• Enhance the BWBS's brand and reputation through effective marketing and communication strategies.
• Represent BWBS at conferences, industry events, and other forums to showcase its strengths and achievements.
• Implement marketing campaigns to promote the university's offerings and increase student recruitment.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and outcomes.
• Write a weekly and monthly reports to BWBS directors.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with partnerships and collaborations.
Other Responsibilities:
• Continuously evaluate and refine business development processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate innovations into the university's approach.
• Explaining admissions processes and requirements to prospective students and to their agents, parents, guardians, family members and sponsors
• Delivering training sessions, including presentations, to agents, prospective students, BWBS staff/team members and other key stakeholders
• Contacting and maintaining effective communication with BWBS staff/team members, potential students and their agents, parents, guardians, family members and sponsors via phone call, text messages, Video conference and emails
• Maintaining accurate record keeping in BWBS database systems in a timely manner in line with the company policy guidance
• Submitting reports to the Managers daily to ensure optimal "conversion" rate (i.e. the ratio between number of initial queries received and number of students physically enrolled)
• Developing and maintaining an excellent knowledge base about BWBS and its partner institutions' services and products
• Collecting students' academic, immigration and other necessary documents and submitting applications to universities
• Assisting and participating in online or physical international recruitment events organised by BWBS
• Performing any additional duties which would be related to any digital marketing and promotional work (e.g. promotional videos)
• Performing any other duties as directed by BWBS management, commensurate with the scope and classification of the position
