∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably within multinational or leading local companies in the, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
∎ Proven experience in brand development, strategic marketing, and retail expansion.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
∎ Creative, adaptable, and passionate about consumer trends and retail innovation.
∎ Deep interest in lifestyle, fashion, or premium retail products is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain effective communication with assigned international brand partners.
∎ Manage order cycles, ensure adherence to budget controls, and maintain brand marketing alignment.
∎ Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute thematic campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
∎ Ensure that marketing initiatives reflect both global brand directives and local market insights.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives across nationwide retail channels.
∎ Conceptualize and execute promotional initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and potential additions to the brand portfolio.
∎ Draft business proposals and establish long-term strategic alliances with local and international stakeholders.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, manage stock movement, and coordinate inter-location transfers.
∎ Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy and availability of key product lines.
∎ Supervise multi-location retail teams, ensuring compliance with operational standards and excellence in customer service delivery.
∎ Lead performance optimization initiatives through active engagement and team coaching.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and operational performance.
∎ Generate analytical reports to support senior management in data-driven decision-making.
∎ Coordinate layout enhancements and renovation initiatives across retail outlets.
∎ Manage end-to-end execution of new outlet rollouts across different business formats (e.g., owned, JV, or franchise).
∎ Facilitate regular training sessions on product knowledge, brand representation, and customer experience standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with international visual merchandising and retail operation guidelines.
