Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities in the composite cylinder industry (LPG, industrial gas). Analyze market demand and potential applications.
Business Strategy Development: Formulate business development plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to expand market share. Collaborate with management to set revenue goals and growth strategies across regions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship: Identify, target, and acquire new clients, distributors, and partners. Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders while negotiating profitable contracts.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans aimed at increasing market share and reaching revenue targets. Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and expansion plans for new regions.
Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Drive business growth by exploring new sales channels and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Highlight composite cylinder benefits such as lightweight, durability, and corrosion resistance.
Product & Technical Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of composite cylinders, their applications, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing: Liaise with R&D and product teams to align product development with market needs. Provide customer and market feedback to enhance product offerings.
Marketing & Brand Promotion: Partner with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure business development activities adhere to industry regulations (ISO certifications, local gas safety standards). Manage risks related to market entry, product performance, and client contracts.
Reporting & Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed sales performance reports, analyze financial metrics like profitability and ROI, and track market trends to guide strategic decisions.
Training & Leadership: Train and mentor sales teams and distributors on product features and market strategies. Lead business development teams to align with corporate goals.
