Job Context:
∎ DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Managing Director
∎ Purpose of the job: This position is created to add committed order volume of at least 2-3 million to assist the business growth of the company in Garment Apparel.
∎ Company Overview: The company was founded in YEAR 2001 and still continuing with pride in Apparel Industry. We not only source good stakeholders but also dynamic human capital to stay always hungry for the excellence.
∎ Job Location: Panthapath (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure new orders (Own Customer) from the targeted market as per the company strategy.
∎ To develop existing customer to grow the existing order quantity
∎ It's a special project based role, and as such has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfil, with both short and long-term goals to achieve with below tasks and objectives:
∎ Add/bring new business orders to the company.
∎ Coordinate with the management to identify the Target customers.
∎ Having an in-depth knowledge of Attracting, sourcing & marketing garment buyers.
∎ Initiate business leads.
∎ Writing business proposals.
∎ Negotiating with stakeholders.
∎ Following industry trends locally and Internationally.
∎ Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management.
∎ Profit sharing can be possible for the highly deserving candidate only in terms of adding new Buyers upon meeting the target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07 to 12 years of proven experience of working directly with buyers.
∎ Expert in MS office packages. Mostly in presentation.
∎ Good accent in English verbal communication as well as good command on writing skill
∎ High-level soft skills.
∎ Stakeholder management skills.
∎ Proven record of generating new business.
∎ Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
∎ Self-motivated and business opportunity hunter.
∎ Creative & problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
